- Green Smoothie: Spoon of Cashew butter, collard greens, banana, kiwi, unsweetened almond milk, 1 date
- Salad: Mixed greens, plain goat cheese, smoked salmon, walnuts, beets, sprouted pumpkin seeds (w/ sea salt), basil olive oil, balsamic vinegar
I feel very full and it is quite possible I ate a little bit too much.

Husband made a wonderful Chicken and Rice Dish where Cajun meets Jamaican. Honestly, I would just use Jamaican or Cajun only, as you couldn't really taste the differences between the two. Or just leave the same, your call. Link to the Recipe is found below.
- 2 Chicken Thighs, White Rice, coconut milk, red beans, seasonings, onions
- Steamed cauliflower & broccoli with butter
- Pickapeppa hot sauce
