Today started out on the right foot, doing well, feeling great. Lots of good energy, mental focus, etc. I continue to feel hungry all morning long, but I just ignore it, and drink my tea.
Unfortunately, my day turned sour due to my old habits creeping in when it came time to watch movie with my son. The hard candy dish (leftover from xmas) was sitting next to the couch, so I started with that. Then next thing you know, I go downstairs, make a big bowl of yogurt (half plain, half blueberry flavored), add granola, maple syrup, and a big chunk of a Hershey's bar for good measure. I did have that moment a few bites in where I thought "I am not hungry and this is going to make me feel sick". But I decided to eat it anyway. And I ate all of it, every last bite. And yes, I felt horrible all night long. I actually felt like it couldn't even go down into my stomach. Do I regret it? Of course! But looking at the positive of this situation, I definitely learned my lesson. I should have just made some hot tea and sipped on that, or ate less dinner, leaving room for my dessert during the movie. The other positive - I ate it all within my window!

FOOD & ACTIVITY TRACKER
8:00am - 5:00pm:
- Green Jasmine Tea. Sipped on it hot all day, and kept re-steeping.
12:15pm - 1:15pm:
- Green Smoothie: Collard greens, 1 kiwi, 1 banana, almond milk, 1 date
- Salad: Mixed greens, smoked salmon, herbed goat cheese, chioggia beets (pink), basil olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and fresh cracked black pepper
I actually found this meal to be extremely satisfying. The greens, beats and salmon tasted phenomenal. I am finding that IF is enhancing my taste buds - Bonus!
I am able to eat slowly, chew properly and take my time. I did not feel too full after this meal, and felt very satisfied.
5:30pm:
- Buffalo Wings: Baked without breading, organic chicken rub - Maybe had about 8
- Wing Sauce: Homemade using a store bought, plus added spices and hot sauce, plus butter
- Steamed Cauliflower with butter
- Store bought Chunky blue cheese dressing
- Sautéed Shitake Shrooms and Chinese Broccoli with soy sauce, oyster sauce, etc.
This is where things go south for me :(
6:30pm - 7:00pm:
- Sipped on Kombucha (Passionberry Bliss)
7:00pm - 7:30pm:
- Ate about 10 pieces of hard Christmas candy
7:30pm:
- Big bowl of half Plain Yogurt & Half Blueberry flavored greek yogurt = ~ 2cups
- ~3/4cup organic granola
- ~1/8cup organic maple syrup
- 8 squares Hershey chocolate (broken off a large bar)

RESULTS
.4lb Weight Gain
Like I said at the beginning, I didn't feel too great the rest of the night. Not as bad compared to eating the same quantity in ice cream or cake, but still not good. Lesson learned, moving on...
