Today was a day of running errands. I went to the health food store, the regular grocery store and 2 International Markets - one African/Caribbean and the other Asian. Picked up some goodies.

- Thai Iced Tea

- Thai dish: ground turkey, red bell pepper, sauces

- Sauteed bok choy and kale with Asian sauces
